1. What type of personally identifying information do Consumer-Opinion.org and our partner research companies gather?

Consumer-Opinion.org and the research companies we work with conduct the most efficient and accurate on-line surveys, evaluations, and focus group discussions. To conduct these research studies Consumer-Opinion.org collects personal information from both Clients and Members. Clients are people or companies who use our services to conduct surveys or focus groups. Members are those who register with Consumer-Opinion.org and our partner companies and respond to surveys or take part in on-line evaluations and focus groups. When clients and members register, they provide us with personal information such as their name, address and e-mail address. We use this information to establish individual accounts and provide the survey, evaluation or focus group services. In addition, members provide demographic information such as age, gender, and place of residence so that we can determine if the members are eligible to participate in surveys or focus groups that require them to meet a specific demographic profile required by our clients.
