| Do you experience login problems?
Please use Internet Explorer!
Some users are experiencing a problem when they try to log into their
accounts, and they get thrown back. This is because the "cookies" for
those browsers are not activated ("cookies" are external files that
make sure your login information is correct, so you can stay logged in
during a period of time). Also, in some cases you may need to try
login two consecutive times.
--- You have to activate the cookies in your web browser to use our
site ---
If you are using Internet Explorer, do the following
1- Click on TOOLS at the top of the screen, then click on INTERNET
OPTIONS.
2- Click on the PRIVACY tab near the top, again as shown on the left.
3- Click in the Advanced button.
4- Make sure to have the Override Automatic Cookie Handling checkbox
checked
5- Make sure that both buttons are checked with "Accept", so that you
can get the right cookies when needed.
6- Try also moving the slider one (if there is one) until it reaches
the "Accept all cookies" part.
For some versions of the Internet Explorer, the cookies option is
found under the SECURITY tab in the INTERNET OPTIONS menu. Is this is
your case, do the following:
1- Click on TOOLS at the top of the screen, then click on INTERNET
OPTIONS.
2- Click on the SECURITY tab near the top, again as shown on the left.
3- Click on the CUSTOM LEVEL button.
4- Using the small arrow scroll down the list until you come to the
cookies section.
5- When you can see the cookies section simply click on ENABLE.
6- Now click OK, and then click OK again to close the properties box.
If you already had the cookies options enabled, it means that there's
a different problem with your computer. You might want to switch to a
different browser, or even try a different computer. In any case, if
this does not work for you, go to the Contacts area of our site to
send us a message describing your problem, and we'll try and figure a
way around it.
